I was engaged to support regional marketing in the Blue Mountains for Spicers Sangoma Retreat, The Hydro Majestic Hotel, Ardour Lilianfels, Parklands Country Gardens & Spa, Echoes Boutique Hotel, and their managed restaurants.

Engaged in a Digital Project Consultant role to support the content migration from their Spicers Retreats' and Bannisters' brand sites to their overarching Worlds Apart brand site, launched in April 2026. This included downloading all content, auditing, uploading assets and copywriting.

Delivery lead for integrated marketing campaigns across priority food, beverage, conferencing and event venues within a national portfolio of 130+ properties. Role focused on campaign planning, coordination and execution rather than creative development, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and aligned to brand and governance frameworks.

Highlight: project managed the transition of venue management of Illawarra Performing Arts Centre's café The Social from Trippas White, a Sydney restaurant and catering company to Merrigong, and worked with the café team to launch a new menu. Three months after taking over the café we won the 2015 Wollongong City Centre Retail and Business Award in the Café, Takeaway & Specialty Foods category.

Highlight: in addition to my marketing role, I was the on-site project manager for the 2013 Sydney Fringe Festival Bar Emerald City in the Centre’s courtyard, an art installation project.

Highlight: I delivered Sydney Opera House’s inaugural seasonal campaign Summer at the House, which required coordinating the production of a 24-page brochure with a 230,000 print run featuring all their summer events.  This was a high-profile project that involved working with internal producers, as well as performers, resident arts companies and the Sydney Festival.

Highlight: I led the new visual identity project for Circus Oz launched in early 2008 and produced the marketing strategy for their 2008 30th Birthday season which became their most successful season at that time.

Starting in interior architecture and quickly promoted to Marketing Coordinator, I went on to establish SmithGroup's west coast communications and public relations function - managing marketing staff across the San Francisco and Los Angeles offices. I positioned the firm as a multi-disciplinary, diverse architecture and engineering practice, leading media relations, marketing plans, press materials and event coordination for the region. I was also entrusted to solely lead the west coast rollout of the company's national rebrand in 2000. Most notably, I grew SmithGroup's media presence from one press placement a month to an average of two per week.
